The Core Brain

The Core Brain is the combination of:

1. The GIS execution engine — deterministic, memory-safe, high-performance.
2. The AI orchestration layer — probabilistic planning, isolated from execution.

They are separated by a typed, serializable contract: the Operation Graph.

The engine never requires network. LLM calls are the only network dependency and are user-configured.
