# AI-Native GIS

Orbeex treats AI as an **agent**, not a chatbot. The agent plans workflows, proposes
options, seeks confirmation, and executes tasks — within strict safety bounds.

## The loop

1. **Intent** — parse natural language into a structured goal.
2. **Plan** — produce a draft Operation Graph via LLM tool-calling.
3. **Validate** — type-check, policy-check, and cost-estimate the plan.
4. **Confirm** — risk-tiered human review (safe = auto; destructive = mandatory).
5. **Execute** — deterministic, journaled execution.
6. **Observe** — summarize the result; continue or stop.
